If you are not comfortable with who you are, do you really suppose that you are going to be able to make a woman feel comfortable being around you? Whether you are trying to approach a woman or you are already with a woman and you just want things to go well with her, then you need to be able to show her that you are comfortable being yourself. That’s just the way that it is. Lots of guys just try to put on a front, without realizing that in doing so, they actually make it harder for a woman to feel like she likes them, because she can sense the front and the fact that she does not really know who he is.
You obviously don’t want that to be the case for you, so what are you going to do?
The only thing that you can do is to work with what you got and become comfortable in being who you are. That can take some effort for some guys, but it is effort that is well worth it because of the rewards that you can get from being that way. To do this, to show a woman that you are comfortable in being who you are… you really have to learn to be that way.
No amount of self help style, faking it till you make it is going to replace the value that you will get from actually learning to be comfortable in your own skin and your own identity. Women like men who are comfortable in being who they are and if you want to be able to attract a girlfriend, then you need to take that to heart and you need to be able to find a way to convey that to any woman you like that you want to start things up with or whom you want to take the relationship to the next level with.
